Yes. Our designer offers in-office consultations by appointment and uses Adobe Creative Suite to prepare print-ready files for your products.

Ideally, we would like print-ready PDF files, but we can work with JPEG, PNG, TIFF.  We can work with Word, Publisher and Powerpoint files but may need to some extra design time to convert.

Yes, we print Architectural plans/Blueprints, Posters, Yard signs, A-Frame signs, Aluminum signs, Banners, Window Decals and more on a variety of different substrates.  We print wall decals and window coverings as well and can install most projects.  Call us to discuss your project!

Yes, we print decals for your vehicle or trailer.  We currently do not print full car wraps. We can also discuss applying the decals to your vehicle if desired.

Yes, we can install most wall decals, window decals, vehicle and trailer decals.  Currently we do not print or install full vehicle wraps.  If you have a project in mind we are always willing to discuss your specific project.

Absolutely. We provide qualified 501c3 organizations with special pricing discounts and work with them on their print and mailing projects.  We offer mailing at nonprofit rates as long that the nonprofit has a authorized permit through the post office. 

Most orders are completed within 2 business days depending on the volume of work and type of order.  Rush service (Same Day/Next Day) is available at an additional charge.  Let us know if you have a specific date needed, so we can determine if a Rush Service is needed.

Yes, we are a trusted print provider in the lower Adirondacks, most orders are completed in 2 business days depending on type of product, complexity and quantity. We specialize in quick service but if you need your order on the same day or next day, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate.  If you are in a “pickle” or “dropped the ball”, we got you (in most cases). Some rush services are an additional fee.

Yes, we are a full-service mail provider that can handle everything from project creation to dropping at the post office.  We offer marketing mail presort for both letters and flats, first class mail presort for letters and flats, Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), first class stamped mail and registered mail services.  If you have an authorized non-profit permit at the post office we can mail at non-profit rates as well.  Whether you have an existing mailing list or need one call us and we will work with you through the process to get you message out using the USPS.

We work with all customers, from customers wanting a single copy to customers needing 10,000 piece mailings.  Listed below are some of our customer segments and what we do for them.

Non-Profit Organizations – We work with many local non-profit companies offering mailing services, annual reports, stationary, programs, posters, banners and much more.  We offer discounts to non-profit organizations.

Contractors/Construction Companies – We have many customers in the construction industry providing them with black & white architectural prints, color construction prints, clear or frosted mylar prints, instruction manuals, bid packets, etc. Requests for architectural prints are normally completed within an hour during normal business hours. Copies of prints are usually done while you wait.

Restaurants/Food Service – We supply menus on a variety of paper including a polyester waterproof substrate that can withstand wear and tear and can be easily cleaned. We also supply table tents, review cards, order pads, and more. 

Overall, our customer base is diverse, and we will discuss any project they may have. If it is a project that is beyond our scope, we will direct you to another company that may be able to help you.

You can always stop by to pick up the order during normal business hours or we can ship your product.  We can ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  Just tell us at the time of ordering that you want the item shipped and we will provide tracking when your order ships.

We use a variety of equipment including toner based Konica Minolta printers for sizes up to 13” x 35”, HP and Mimaki inkjet and KIP (toner) for large format printing, iJet inkjet for envelopes, and a variety of finishing equipment including Duplo and Challenge.
