“When I was growing up my stepfather ran his own business (a pet store) for about 25 years. I spent a lot of time working with him, learning and helping with the business. We worked on day-to-day operations, on merchandise and ordering, and – my favorite part – customer service and customer satisfaction. I used to love watching customers leave his store happy. He taught me the value of hard work, good money management, and the need for a customer-oriented approach. The lessons I learned then have served me to this day; they gave me the passion and dedication to create and run my own business, and to keep it local.”
Matt has worked in the digital printing industry for over 17 years. He started at the ground level and worked his way through every aspect of digital printing, from production and inventory, to customer service and sales, through estimating, and customer on-location consulting to help improve service levels.
